SOUTH CORD

The current situation in the territory, its problems, and the potential to develop the proposal were analyzed. The presence of the railway line in the sector gives it particular characteristics.

The project proposes the renovation of the areas adjacent to the railway axis, implementing programs that revitalize the sector to generate better opportunities and spaces for the urban life of citizens. This project was developed in 4 articulated phases: the road rearrangement, the open spaces, the infrastructures, and the built environment.
